Proposal
I will be working in illustrator to recreate the dnd logo and fill the interior with various dnd related entities. i will attempt to fill as much space as possible using dice, weapons, or monsters. I will try to keep it filled but allow you to focus on things leaving some space in between objects.

Honors Project Reflection
The Honors project was a small scale dnd logo filled with various things within dnd. These included different weapons among other things for example a beholder. Overall the project was mostly creating the assets which some took longer than others. I choose to do this because of my interest in dnd and me being best at the graphic design aspects of digital media. One challenge was the weird designs of dice and definitely the beholder. In order to work around these I used a simplified design for the beholder, and for the dice I referred back to earlier projects. I feel like this shows my progress especially compared to some of my work last year. If I were to do it again I would add more variety in the objects used and more masking techniques. Another possibility would be to get rid of the logo outline and have the objects form the logo. My biggest lesson would be planning things better for projects as this was not as well planned as it should be. Other takeaways could be better filling of available space and use of more techniques, and issues with ambition and knowing my own abilities because of previous ideas before this being too complex. The original idea involved animation with techniques I did not know how to begin doing and I didn't realize until very late into the year.
